the check ,because i just filed my income tax and they ask me to wait 2 weeks

If you filed electronically you will get your refund a lot faster. It all depends on how long it takes them to process it. They have to enter all your info in if you mail it. Where electronic is auto processed. Can save you anywhere from 3 - 4 weeks.

Being the first time you have filed has nothing to do with how long it takes the IRS to send you a check.
They will take their time with first time filers just like they do with long time filers.
