i will tell how my mom grew to alter right into a Jehovah's Witness. She grew up in a Catholic Orphanage. She recollects how a number of the girls might get pregnant, than sooner or later they weren't on a similar time as black smoke comes from the incinerator. As an grownup, she joined the Church of God, it incredibly is the place I went the hassle-free college at. while i became interior the 2d grade (1963), she offered the Bible tale books.* For my older sisters, she offered the Encyclopedia Britannica. while she became putting the Britannica away, between the books fell open to the area on the Ark of the super Flood. It confirmed that the Ark became a field, no longer a ship. The Ark did no longer would desire to sail, only glide. It greater good and did no longer require ballast. This have been given her to questioning what else became usually believed, yet became no longer precise. After checking different issues, all it took became a knock on the door. Her call became Nan C. It became an uphill conflict, as my stepfather became tremendously detrimental. He became a Korean conflict vet. He might throw the books away. as a effect, Nan began bringing her husband, Stan, additionally a conflict vet. He did no longer pontificate at dad, only talked to him on the subject of the conflict, existence, and the international. Stan surpassed directly to the full beyond final month. My mum and dad have been witnesses for over 40 years and are of their Eighteen Eighties. they're now commencing to be certain the top of their course in existence, if Armageddon would not come first. he's dropping weight promptly. He had a concepts embolism 3 years in the past, yet nevertheless gets out into the provider as quickly as a month.** mom can no longer get out interior the provider. She attends the conferences by ability of telephone hookup. while she became born, hospitals did no longer have nursuries, no longer to point NICU. She weighed decrease than a pound and her organs have been on the exterior. They shove them back in, lined the hollow with tape, and sent her abode in a shoe field. She wasn't envisioned to stay, yet she did.

I am 100% confident in the truth of Bible-based Christianity. No other book compares to the Bible. It is how God chose to reveal Himself to His Creation. Therefore it is of GREAT IMPORTANCE that we study what the Bible has to tell us and even greater importance that we obey what we learn. If we study the Bible to verify what is being taught in the world, we would find that most religions, including "Christendom" are contrary to God's writings. Even after the Bereans were taught from Paul and Silas, they went back and verified with God's Word (no doubt the Old Testament at that time) what they were taught.
Acts 17:11 "...eagerly examined the scriptures every day to see whether these things were so".
Peter told us in I Peter 3:15 "...be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you ..."
We HAVE to be able to defend our belief. If you are not able to you have to go back and study some more because you may be wrong in what you believe.
Paul told Timothy to rightly divide the truth ...
II Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
And we are told that God's Word is complete -- we don't have to be looking for additional information...
II Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
I hope this helps everyone that is not 100% sure of their belief and some that had previously thought they were 100% sure but realize they have not REALLY studied their position.
I am 100% sure that Bible-based Christianity is true BUT I still continue to study, to think about, to analyze, to figure things out.
Think about it -- figure it out.

I'm 100% sure that no religions have any basis in reality. The idea of a super-intelligent entity existing from nowhere, with no origin of any kind, is clearly nonsense. Intelligence requires enormous complexity, far beyond anything that could possibly exist without something being responsible for its existence.

Once you can define truth and right and wrong, I can answer this, but there is no infallible truth save God and since religion is a human interpretation there is bound to be some confusion. And yes, I do follow a religion, so don't start with the "aethist."

St. Paul begs the early Christians to be unified in mind and in what they say. There can only be one "true" Christian Church. How can the Holy Spirit guide the Catholic Church, the Lutheran Church, the Presbyterian Church, the Baptist Church, etc. if all of those denominations have doctrines and beliefs differing from each other? There is only one interpretation of the Bible. Otherwise, people can and have "read" literally anything into It......Catholic .110%

I'm jewish by religion, and... umm, well spiritually my beliefs are within the realm of Judaism's permitting, more or less. but non-standard.
I am not sure exactly what you mean.
I feel as religions go Judaism is more-true than most. definitively more-true and less-un-truth than most versions of Christianity.
would you mean how much certainty?
I put the importance on Spirituality, not religion. religion is a social construct, its not really "that important" relatively speaking.
but as for my spiritual views... well I'm as, if not more certain that much of what I believe, is as I believe it to be, as I am of gravity.
that is, that I have more doubt in gravity than I do of for example, the existance of what I mean when I say "Souls" or "God".
but what I mean, is probably not the same as what alot of people mean. or at least they don't know it is.
and what many people say when they mean "soul" or "god" I may not believe in.
hopefully somewhere in that I answered what you mean.
edit: and personally, I'd be severely skeptical of anyone who claims their religion to be 100% truth. that just means they don't know or are ignoring a huge portion of whats going on in existance. *NO* religion is 100% true. and its bizzare to be so arrogant as to think that YOURS is.
I wonder how many people will end up posting and having the courage to not claim theirs is 100% correct.

Every body here think that his faith & his religions is the TRUTH
So, can i suggest something:
Why don't all people separate from their religions & begin to study main religions from a full neutral side ??
therfore, there is a religion must convince the person studying
in this case, be sure that he will find the Truth
am i right or what ??
whats ur opinion ??

I think every religion is 100% true. The only difference is based on the way the religions look at the world (I mean their point of view)...
