Try changing your exercise routine. After you do the same one for so long, your body adapts to it and avoids burning any more calories than it has to. You've hit a plateau, common for people trying to lose weight... changing the exercises should help. :) Good luck and best wishes.

Eat lots (5-8) of small meals a day, don't eat or drink anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. Don't eat simple carbs such as pastas, sugars. In your meals eat lots of fruits, vegetables and proteins. They also make meal replacement powders and snack bars you can have to substitute in for some meals. The more often you eat the more likely the food is to be used for energy instead of being stored for fat. You will also feel better throughout the day.

If you're just doing an aerobic workout try lifting weights.
Weights are shown to raise metabolism longer (something like 12 hours) than aerobics.

Swimming and regular jogging/longish walks, may be the solution to your problem! And, of course, life style modification as required, including dietary habits: relax well, sleep well, too, to suit your specific requirement!
