Kleinfelter syndrome would be a very difficult condition to cure. This is because it is caused by the genetic makeup of the person's cells - having an extra chromosome.

The normal human female has 46 chromosomes, with XX sex chromosomes.

The normal human male has 46 chromosomes with XY sex chromosomes.

The Kleinfelter patient has 47 chromosomes and XXY sex chromosomes - this is where the extra chromosome comes in.

In order to cure this condition, you would need to somehow remove one of the X chromosomes (Kleinfelter patients are usually tall gangly males +/- gynaecomastia and possibly abnormalities in formation of the testes) from every nucleated cell of the body. That's a big ask for current technology.

No. It is a chromosomal anomaly, you can't change your chromosomes. However, there are some treatments such as hormone therapy that might help with some of the symptoms.
