Personally I like mystery, mystery dosen't imply inauthenticy, but it does require a bit of social intelligence to sense when it may be time to hold back, and give further detail. A lack of eye for these cues can make the 'mysterious' guy unappealing. Therefore yes, yes I like mystery, but it must be paired with depth and charisma. Mystery from a man leaves something to be desired, but only when it is executed properly.

I like a guy who is not mysterious. I dated a guy who was and literally "kept me guessing" constantly. It got to be kind of annoying after awhile. I prefer a man who has not secrets. It is less frustrating and enhances the bond.

Depends on how mysterious. If you have a mysterious aura then that's kind of attractive, but if you're just secretive about everything then that's weird.

Women are accommodating to men who they love. What I mean is that if a woman loves a man and he is a criminal, she will find something to justify her love, and he can do no wrong. If he is 10 feet tall, has the best profession in the world, is handsome as the devil, and she doesn't like him, she will justify her position and he will do everything that is wrong. In general though, I think that women like men who have a bad streak in them; men who they find challenging.

I prefer someone who is open. My theory is that he who hides nothing, has nothing to hide.
I don't like surprises and mysterious will always lead to a surprise.

Maybe, but usually the mystery is that they're lazy, apathetic, unambitious losers. I prefer open guys
