I wouldn't worry about. At that age they just don't reommend taking any prohormone products. All No Xplode is basically nitric oxide, caffeine and some creatine.
As for not working, yes, it does work. Give you a great pump all day long and a boost of energy from the caffeine, but I would take creatine and protein over it anyday.

no. i'm 17 also and i've been taking it for about 2 months now. by 17, you're pretty much done growing anyways, maybe just another inch or 2. but if you are worried about that, just dont consume any other sources of caffene (like soda, etc...)
