all of a sudden..
how do you handle it?
he's being honest, and telling you, so you can't be mad..
but he continues to talk to her... several times a day..
what do you do now?
why also, don't men understand that some women are relentless, and try to cause trouble.. why do you think that they think it's ok for ex to do this?

this is all about opinions.. just so that we are clear..

i agree with both of you so far..
i know that this is about her being catty.....
because she wanted nothing to do with him for over a year now...
and i think that he thinks ( in a stupid man kind of way) that she's just being nice..
i keep telling my girl that... and she just wanted confirmation.. and here i am getting it for her....

they have been broken up 1 1/2 years, and now that he has someone, as i said, all of a sudden, she's calling..
i know someone who would love to be childish and go all ape sh it on her... but waiting to see how the man handles it....
but still thinking she needs to be told by said gf.....
just wouldn't want to add fuel to her burning fire for him....

No... i wouldn't stand for it at all. Next time she calls on his cell make sure you answer and tell her where to go and how to get there, or if it'll cause a fight between your bf and u, sit him down and tell him how you feel. Tell him you don't appreciate that he even answers her calls? Why would she still be calling him? My bf and i are not friends with any of our exes. We've both moved on.

Women are terrible-- if they want something or someone, they'll do anything in their power to get them. My best friend got with my ex boyfriend, and i can tell you, i've never trusted any girl the same since. Don't know why your boyfriend thinks it's ok to do this, but speak to him... again... if necessary!

GOOD LUCK!

he or she is probably leading them on for whatever reason. or he or she is screwing them or both. that has been my expierence in this matter. there is a big diference if u have to comunicate due to kids. but ur conversations dont have to be that long. and not every day. i call my daughter every other day. i tried to handle a simliar situtation and tried to give the benifit of the doubt. but found out i was wrong. and that i should have stuck to my gut instict of this aint right.

If something bothers you and your beau doesn't care, he's a dick. Now I'm not saying your mate should abide by all of your wishes, but if something has the potential to damage the relationship and they don't care screw 'em.
On the other hand some guys are oblivious to women throwing themselves at them, but come on now...I think he knows what's going on.

How long ago did they break up? I would give him some space to see who he really wants, sounds like he wants the both of you to me. Or he wants to leave you but is looking for some excuse because he is a coward.

I wouldn't like it..........I mean it's not like they continued to be just friends after they broke up. She's up to something and he's just too nice to know it. Talk to him calmly ... write him a real letter ....just get this settled.

talk to him about it. tell him you are not mad b/c he told you up front, but tell him how it bothers you that they are talking all of a sudden, and that you may think she is tryin' to cause a fight. But most of all TALK TO HIM!

i definelty wouldn't be able to stand it, confront him, he should be talking to you on the phone way more than her, he shouldn't even be talking to her!
