I just turned 19 and am not the typical college guy... i come from a really rich family and i have my own penthouse, credit card, cars and food paid for already. I dont hang out like most college kids do, but yesterday a friend invited to smoke weed (nothing new for me) and there was this blonde girl that was there. I would catch her looking at me and she was really nice. she didnt make any moves on me but i'd date her. If she remembers me the next time i see her should i ask her out?

Did you actually have a conversation with her? Were both you and she under the influence? If you, try and talk to this girl when you're sober and find out what kind of person she is and maybe after a little while then go and ask her for a date
