Lack of any calcium will cause insufficient growing in Children. It is not major but it is not healthy especially if they have low calcium levels. The child needs to be checked and if the calcium levels are not low there is nothing to worry about but if they are low they will need to be raised. Just to mention that low calcium levels can cause bad bones that are easily fractured and also cause teeth to go bad. Check with your Doctor, They may need to be put on calcium tablets. ( But check with your Doctor first ).

Everyone needs calcium, although, to answer your question....
Children grow to a "bone age" of 16.
Going by that calculation, the child may stop as early as age 12...some up to age 20. (reason for different heights)
