at the moment (well most of my life) i seem to be completly obsesed with my body and wanting to get slim.im doing exersises when i get up in the morning.i have fruit for breakfast and salad for lunch and tea.im doing 600 cals a day have done for 2 weeks now,i no its unhealthy ect but i feel **** if i eat more.today i have had a bannana and a energy dring red bull sugar free.but i still feel like im cheating.im so so desparate to loose weight and fit into nice clothes but it dont happen,i do about 30 min exersise in morning,b4 i go to bed and sit ups when i get chance but it still makes me feel really low.i thought i was loosing weight but evertime i stand on my scales it gives me different weights,i have 3 sets of scales each with there own little problem!! i also have a body fat % of 27,i weight 11.5 but and hour later it says 11.1 .its doing my head in,i wanna drop to 8 and a half by summer but how can i do it so i see results quicker?? my trousers dont feel any looser.HELP

ive cut out all drinks exept water and i dont drink alcohol

chuck the scales!
they are designed to mess with ur head
up ur calories to a more sane amount, if they are too low then your body stops breaking down fat, and you dont get any where
u never said your height. im 5"10 and 10 1/2 stone
if i get below 9 stone im in hospital
i move up and down but my weight is between 11 1/2 and 10 stone which works for me
best bet see a doctor maybe they can give you a program to follow and tablets to help you absorb vitamins

If you are exercising, you are building up muscle and remember muscle weighs more than fat. But when it is toned it gives you a nice figure. Everybody's bodies are different and some people can lose weight quicker than others. But just keep up the good work and u will start to see your results soon. Good luck

your body has probably gone into starvation mode and is conserving all its energy. You have to increase your calorie intake to a sensible amount in order to burn fat.

Keep up the exercise and stick to healthy diet and you will lose weight if you need to. However 11.5 to 8.5 by the summer does seem a lot - it depends on your height though.
