My sis said that I wake up on my own and turn off the alarm clock, but i doesnt even know i DID close it! So are there any solutions to get back the way i used to wake up? (Not buy a second clock pls..)

I used to be like that! Stay online downloading and chatting til 4am, then wake at 7am to get ready for high school. Now I'm in uni, I make all my classes as late as possible and I once didn't get up til 6pm! Shocking I know, but I wanted to avoid someone...and well, I was lying there a lot. I used to wake up with no alarm, but now I need the alarm...
Too lazy to exercise. I set my alarm 15 mins before I need to wake up, so I can sleep in and get over my crankiness. I have a friend who leaves her phone on the other side of the room on the table, so she's FORCED to get up and turn it off.
I'm still not used to it, but I don't wake up at 2pm anymore, only Saturdays. As soon as you wake, run to the bathroom, get in the shower or splash cold water on your face. Just keep trying to get up early, and it'll soon become a habit. Good luck!

Research says that every human beings has their own natural alarm clocks which can be set subconsciously just by anticipating the time we want to wake up. And I guess you do have. So, try to get back little early to the bed in the night and sleep tension free. And I am sure next day you will get up in time the next day.

Not an area I am experienced in, but you may improve this if you exercise regularly & take a hot milky drink like cocoa or horlicks before going to bed. With the combination you should sheep deeper.

Drink a lot of water before going to bed. If you wake up in the night to pee, drink some more to replace. You will wake up early just to go to toilet.

Although a shift in attitude is the most important aspect of becoming an early riser, we’d all be hopeless without some practical advice.

The reason mornings “suck” is because we’re almost always rushed to start the day. We don’t have time to do anything for ourselves before getting sucked into the madness of all that we have to get done. We start the day because we HAVE to rather than because we WANT to.

That’s why it’s really important to make the process of getting up as simple and painless as possible.
You do that by preparing all the mindless things you do in the morning before you go to bed so that when you actually get up, you have extra time to do an activity that will benefit you rather than an obligation.

Every night, plan the following:

Have the clothes you want to wear laid out so you don’t have to make any choices in the morning

Bags packed and ready to go

The breakfast you want to have already chosen

A pre-chosen activity that you enjoy, but don’t usually make time for

If you follow the plan, you will have some extra time before the obligations of the day start (provided you don’t hit your snooze button and waste it). Be thoughtful and serious about deciding what you can do with extra time that will make you feel good. It can be anything from spending time with a loved one to reading, meditating or even taking a 45-minute shower.

The feeling of calm and clarity does wonders, regardless of your chosen activity.

I had an excessively rough time discovering whatever I favored to consume. I did not have cravings for whatever simply aversions to the whole lot it appeared. I used to be so hungry but nonetheless could not uncover whatever I desired.
