I will do yoga between 10-12 is it right time.Many peoples say yoga should be done at morning.Please suggest me because i don't get time at morning?

As per the books and the personal experience Yoga must be done in the Brahma muhurtha. That is any time between 3:30 and 5 :30 am. But, what I found is it can be done till 7am.

It is not harmful if u do the Yogic work out during the late in the afternoon between 4pm and 7pm.

However, doing work out between 11am and 12 noon is not advisable since as per Yoga shasthra the time between 11am and 1pm is the time for our heart.One shall neither do any hard work nor sleep at this time.

Otherwise more carbon-di-oxide will get mixed with oxygen and chances of getting heart attack or paralytic attack or body pain are likely.

Generally doctors will be on double alert in
hospitals during this time(11-1 PM )because heart & diabetic patients may get heart attack during this time compared to other hours.

I do yoga in the morning as well as in the night. Some books also suggest doing yoga before going to sleep as it relaxes the body and mind.

yes my Friends i understand ur difficulty,
u will have the morning chores to do -
do one thing use a alarm clock get just half hr - before u get up now ( so try to sleep early just for the first week ) do the yoga just for this half hr - later u get to ur work as usual

when doing yoga - do at empty stomach, and bowels are empty - when we are wake the body start its work and will had some thing or other to exp ell
and till 10 staying empty stomach will have it side effects

the yoga u do at right time for half hr is 100 time beneficial than doing for hr at a wrong time or in wrong way

Your time is not suitable for yoga, specially if you are starting it after your dinner. See if you could get 15-20 mts time during early morning for yoga, and after 10 pm you can try meditation instead.

My friend my yoga teacher tells me that the apt time to do yoga are

1.morning 3.00-5.30
2.noon 11.00-12.00
3.evening 4.00-7.00

to get the benefite of the work that you are doing you should perform at the right time mean morning time is the right time for yoga .

any exercise is best done in the morning but that doesn't restrict you from doing it any time of the day
