well why are you sceptical? Have you been hurt in the past? Cheated on?
Regardless of why you are this way - you need to realise that everyone goes through feeling this way at some point in their lives! Trust is an extremly breakable thing - once obtained you sould value it and never go against it - but people do it all the time!
Trusting someone is a gamble - theres no point in making it out not to be - but you've realised that you have a problem and you're creating any problems that may arise in a relationship by not trusting someone so can I suggest that you enter any new relationship with the intention of trusting them - if and when they break that trust - then is your time to worry!
It wont be easy - and you will be paranoid for quite a while - but you have to give people the benefit of the doubt - coz you could be missing out on something fantastic!

Why are you so sceptic? I presume it's because you've had bad experiences in the past. The best thing to do is to remember that not everyone is the same. If someone has hurt you before then it doesn't mean someone else will. Treat everybody as a different person with different attitudes and emotions and you should start to be able to trust again.

I don't trust anybody 100%, don't make a big deal about it, people are only human and everybody messes up so best not to put all your trust into one.
