Is USA worried that Russia is assiting Namibia to enrich and mine uranium for joint benefit?

Yes USA is worried about all those dangerous things which are being produced by anyone other than US. USA can drop a nuclear bomb over civilians and kill more than 150 thousand people in one go. Can kill hundreds more with daisy cutter bombs. But if someone else tries to get the same technology even for peaceful purpose e.g. Iran, then this sort of stuff is danger for the world according to US.

No. In fact over the last few years we the USA have purchased Weapons Grade Uranium from Russia and the Former Soviet States to prevent it from possibly falling into the wrong hands. We take it blend it with low grade and use it as fuel rods in reactors. On top of that Russia has it's OWN Uranium and Plutonium mines.
