Its a normal kiss with the tongue in the mouth.....its very sexy and enjoyable if done properly.

The others gave good advice, but I would just add; don' t fall into a habit of using the same old predictable patterns with your tongue (like the one who says to "go round and round" - typical guy, lol).
Stay interesting... just come together with an open mouth (slightly open... don't make a huge gaping hole) and randomly brush your tongue against his (or her) tongue, lips, and teeth.
You'll get the hang of it very quickly. At first just part your lips and you'll see what happens.
