I have been researching haarp from a long time. Why USA is trying to use the weather to play war with other countries?? This radar like anthenas emit so much radiation that even the cellphones get crazy when you get close to the anthenas. Just 2 of this in the world (alaska and vieques island, pR)

You are misinformed. HAARP is a probe of the aurora. The stations on the average use 10 kW of power and 99.99% of it escapes into space. This is less power than an average AM or FM radio station. The cell phones in the US emit about 10000 times more power.
