i work with this girl and i really like her. she seemed interested in me as well. i asked for her number she gave me her number. i try to ask her out couple of times, but didn't work, (busy) and now she seems less interesed in me than before.
How can i get her to like to again?

Play a little hard to get. You be to busy to talk to her for awhile, when she glances your way look the other. If possible show a little interest in some other girl. Women like a good chase, and we also hate to lose a guy to someone else. Good luck.

Relax and ease off a bit. You really can't make someone fall in love with you and vice versa. If it is meant to be things will work out but if not just move on with life.
I know this is easier said than done, but it is something you will have to make happen. If you pay too much attention to this too early, she might find something else to do; how are you different from other guys?

How can you get interested in YOU, and then how can you get her to like TO again. An interesting problem.
To get yourself interested in you again, take a long walk on the beach with yourself. Take a bath. Swing on a swingset. Look in the mirror and ask yourself- who AM I, really?
To get her interested in the preposition "to", compare it favorably to other similar words, such as "too" and "two".

Just pretend you not interested, then maybe she will come around...it's called hard to get =) Most people love playing that!
