John 15:The World Hates the Disciples
18"If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. 20Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master.'[b] If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. 21They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me. 22If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin. 23He who hates me hates my Father as well. 24If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both me and my Father. 25But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: 'They hated me without reason.

Hi, just thought I would write and say that I love Jesus with all my heart, my soul, and my strength. The people who trash Jesus Christ are people who are lost. They trash Him because they do not know Him. If they knew Him, or even experienced Him in their lives, they would think differently about Him. This world is so full of people who are hurting, bitter, angry, and full of sin. If they only knew that Jesus in their lives would help them through their pain, and forgive them of their sin, they might think differently. One must open their heart to Him though...if one opens their heart to God and His son Jesus the Christ, God can step in and touch their lives in a way that can change their life forever. If people are reading this and they are hurting, angry, bitter, and need help in anyway....ask God to reveal Himself to you....He will heal your broken heart, he will help you through your anger which ussually comes from hurt. He can change your life around. It does not matter what a person does, Jesus Christ can forgive.

The ultimate competitive skill of the thick-gripped pick-up truck air compressor day in the frigid morning. The man walks forward and he don't look back. The will of the way and not teaching anything but make some cuts and measure some crap. Carry some stuff. Seems like some moronic day like this might be haunting you. Working class that knows their stuff but they indulge off any courtesy brain cells. I'm probably not making you feel any better.

Keep in mind that people who attack Christianity are doing so because of the Christians themselves. Too many use that belief to justify how they treat others. So maybe one should look at WHY they are "trashing" that religion. Maybe the one's doing the trashing are just reflecting what the followers are doing.

I didn't realize that there was so much prejudice against Jewish carpenters. Why anyone would do so such a thing is beyond me. Why is this question in the R&S section anyway ?

No I don't...I am not one of the bashers. I believe that some people love to jump on conspiracies and join in. Allot of people need proof. Me, I believe what I know, and know what I believe. No matter what the non-believers say. They can say what they want, as long as they don't' tell me to not to be a Christian, then I don't care what they say.

Most people I know have no problem with jesus. After all he was a great guy. We do however have issue with the millions of people who follow him as most of those that I have met are hatful bigoted people that barley know what jesus taught let alone follow it.
Youre not listening, we dont hate jesus we hate you.

I agree. As much as I take my fellow Christians to task for trashing people who have decided not to follow Christ, I think it's very hypocritical for them to trash Christians and the object of their worship. They're welcome to disagree, and even think it foolish for us to worship God, but I don't think either side needs to trash the other's beliefs.
My God has an unconditional respect for everyone, which is why my God doesn't force anyone to believe. I'm always available for intellectual debate on the matter, but when the flames and insults start to get hurled, I'm finished.

Because people fear and dislike what is different. People are intolerant and that's just the way it is. If everyone was understanding, patient and caring we wouldn't need any religions at all.

What I can't figure out, is that these same people that feel the need to trash what other people believe are the same ones that get all defensive and angry if you say something is wrong with their beliefs.

My carpenter, Maury Goldstien? No I don't hate him. He left some leftover materials on by back porch after finishing my hardwood floors... but I don't hate him for that! I just had the kids clean it up.
