By Swimming Countiniously, Or By Cycling or by only hanging to an yree or pole

A man become taller up to 23-25 where a girl is limited to 19-20. If a boy who runs every day and practice hand-hanging or rope-climbing, hight would increate to a great extent. The older, by practising this, would loss the weight and fat of the body.

hey!first of all i don't think that being taller is in our hands!!!!!!!! see i know every man wants to be a tall dude!!!instead of trying to get taller try to do different things and get skillful in many other things which will be ur identity!!!!we have many successful people who r very short but their achievements r very tall!!!!
but the still way out icCYCLING AND SWIMMING MIGHT HELP!! DEPENDS ON WHT UR AGE IS!!!!!

Hey dude...wanna be tall?
Just do some stretching exercises,swimming,play volley ball n basket ball or 50 pull-ups every day....
I bet if u r not above 23.... I'll surely gain a few inches or may be a foot or two............

You've got till you are 21 for growing assuming your a guy & it will depend on the height of your parents its a genetic thing

Really, eat healthy. And don't take drugs (legal or illegal that may stunt your growth, and vice versa-don't take drugs to make you taller, all drugs have thier bad side affects)

wear tight fitting clothes if you're a bit over weight lose some, and put on high heeled shoes
