Okay Thanks to everyone that answered my other question but here is one that Ive constantly been thinking of. Okay when you go in to get your nipples pierced do they make you lay back or sit up. Do you have to take you shirt and bra off completely? I was hoping I could just pull my chest from the top of my shirt. Like wear a Low V neck. Im not worried about the pain as much as a stranger seeing my boobs. But I know they see tons and mine aint no different. THANKS IN ADVANCE

I was sitting up, and topless. I am dude so i guess it isn't as bad. Piercers see many boobs every day. A few weeks ago I was at the shop and a lady got hers done, both of them. She was prancing around the joint with no top on, proudly showing her new piercings. (We all complemented her)

I think that different piercers have different preferences. I was sitting up, but leaned back when I had mine done so I was somewhere between sitting up and laying back.
I don't think that holding your shirt up will be a problem if you're laying down, but it doesn't seem like a good idea if you are sitting up. When I got mine done I wore a zip up hoodie and a bra that hooks in the front. I would recommend that, wearing something you can open that you don't have to completely take off, like a button down shirt. If you don't have a bra that hooks in the front, try a bikini top so you can just move it out of the way. There won't be a ton of people looking at your boobs. You will be in a private area (some studios do this for all piercings, some just do it for genital and nipple piercings) so it will only be you and the piercer. Your piercer is a professional and they see a lot of boobs, don't worry about it.

When I got my nipples pierced, I was sitting up and I took my shirt all the way off so that it wouldn't get in the way. It was easier for my piercer, but they are all different. Ask how they do it, and they might leave it up to you. I'd suggest sitting up though, and remember to breathe so that you don't pass out!!!

When my girlfriend and I went to get ours done, we laid down. I took my shirt off but she only lowered her blouse and bra on the side she got it done. Laying down it is easier on the piercer to line everything up, as far as going topless that is up to the one getting pierced.

im a girl, i had my nipples pierced, and i had to lay down. you're gonna wanna take your top off unless you want to risk them piercing it crooked. they need to be able to work and move freely and a shirt will restrict that.

Mine was unperfesional by an ex but he had me sit up and take my shirt off, he had already seen them so it din't bother me any.

i say go for it i dont see why not if u want it done and ur worry about some guy seeing ur shyt for like 2 minutes then dont do it

every professional has a different preference. but don't be shy about it... think of it this way, boobs are NOTHING to them, they see lots of genitals.

seriousl how can you expect em to pierce your tit without em seeing it
they are trained proffesionals not perverts
dont do it if you dont want a stranger to see your tit
