no sugar is good...honey is better

Sugar in the raw is just unrefined sugar cane. It is still processed in the blood the same way white sugar is. If you must eat either, use raw sugar, but limit your overall intake of sugar in general. It is not good for you in either form.

It will not matter. They are both sugar which is a simple carbohydrate, entering you system at an amazing 30 calories per minute, compared to grain which enters at 2 calories per minute. The sugar, either way, will give you the same amount of calories each so it does not matter. They are both processed so it doesn't matter if they are raw or not. I would say the better one is the one you like to taste more, because they are exactly the same except color and taste.

No sugar- white, brown, powdered, etc.- is good for you. All sugar has a lot of calories and very little to no nutrition.

For general well being and weight management, avoid sugar as much as possible, or use artificial sweeteners like Splenda, Equal or natural sweeteners like stevia... none of these have calories.

White sugar is really bleached sugar. Sugar is naturally brown in color like honey. If you want to eat healthy use unbleached sugar.
