Probably not, but if you're growing them REALLY fast, that could be a cause for concern.
The cancer thing is when a mole changes, not when it grows. If you've always had moles, and you have one somewhere that still pretty much looks the same as it always did, don't worry. It is not cancer. cancer is POSSIBLY indicated when a mole becomes inflamed, tender, changes color, changes shape, etc.
Some people just get moles. Moles are just moles. Try to relax, ok? And sunscreen IS usually a good thing.
Everyone says, "See a doctor." That's easy for them to say. Doctors are really, really expensive. I'd try WebMD.com first.
Relax, my friend. Moles are moles. No big deal.
Some people even call them "beauty marks." Maybe you're just getting beautifuller and beautifuller!

Try not to worry too much about it - I find new moles appearing regularly, and moles which have been there previously grow and sometimes even change colour.
I always get worried when this happens and have been to the doctor a few times but they have always reassured me that there is no problem unless they have an irregular shape/colour, or a bleeding or oozing etc. See http://www.cancerbackup.org.uk/Cancertype/Skin for more info.
If you are in doubt, go to the doctor about it just to be on the safe side. And if the changes occur rapidly, or are very dramatic then you should definately see the doctor.

I don't have enough information to give you a clear and decisive answer. A doctor who knows your history would be able to help you better.
As you may know, if a mole changes 2 of the following 3 in the space of 6 months, this is a problem and needs to be looked at by a doctor.
size
shape
color
Bleeding moles merit attention immediately.
