Installing My Font Tool on desktop?

Is there any way to install My Font Tool on a normal Windows XP desktop?

My Font Tool is a Microsoft Powertoy for Tablet PCs.

Desktop as in a CPU tower, rather than a Tablet PC. My Font Tool is designed to run only on XP Tablet.

Start>All Pgms> Rightclick on the powertool and select send to dektop(createshrtcut).
