the second is correct...you are dealing here with an indirect question, which means it is introduced by a phrase such as "could you tell me?, do you know? can you show me?", etc...to make a normal/direct question you would have to reverse the subject+verb sentence order ("How CAN I get there?")...however, when you formulate an indirect question, the sentence order is used and so you say "Could you tell me how I CAN get there?"

Could you tell me how I can get there?

The second one is the correct question form.

If I remember my Business English correctly, then the second question is the correct one unless you change your punctuation. The first one is actually two questions in one, would be written "could you tell me, how can I get there?"

"Can you tell me how I can get there?" is the correct form. However, we are far more likely to say:-
" Could you tell me how to get there?"
