Sure do, I've been told I could put a Merchant Marine to shame.
I have also found that if I curse in a sentience, the people whom generally don't pay any attention, suddenly are interested in what I have to say.
Hope this helps.

I can control it in public unless sometimes when I hit my funny bone or drop something an 'oh ****' will slip out... I know many people don't like it and I got pretty good self-control so I rarely curse outdoors... however for myself, personally speaking, I think curse words are just words and I don't see the big deal about them, so when I'm home I'll curse a lot, I'll use f-ck and sh-t and all even when a page is the least slow-loading or other small stuff like that. It does feel better releasing it rather than holding it in; if no one can hear then why not?
I'd never tell anyone not to curse, why should I, since I don't care, I may watch my own language out of consideration but it's not my job to stand up for those other people who hate it *that* much. They can speak up for themselves if it bothers them.
Oh, I forgot; I do use substitutes! Just like online people use **'s or --'s, I'll sometimes pick 'curse' words from some book or series and use those, 'Light' and 'Sargas' are a few of my favorites :) Most people don't know what it means so they don't care and I can still release my feelings... 'blood and bloody ashes' is a bit more obvious but it's fun too.

There are some situations where it is not appropriate to curse. There are some situations when a curse word is the only word that gets the emotion of your point across. With Tourette's you're in a different situation, the synapses in the brain are trigging the language on their own. I don't know much about it, I don't even know if there is a treatment. I don't know how old you are or what environment you live in.
I curse, I sprinkle the F word into conversation with friends, and some co-workers. Sometimes it's the only effing way to get your point across. But there are clients that even if they curse I wouldn't because it wouldn't be professional. So try to control the urge in improper places and situations.

I curse like a sailor, truck driver, whatever analogy you would like to use. But, it is not uncontrollable. There are times when cursing is inappropriate. Certain company, certain places, it makes you look uneducated if you just start busting it out. I imagine in your case it might be uncontrollable, but for the rest of the world, control is a big deal.

Both. I curse more when I am angry or frustrated or I forgot to do something important. I say these curse words c r a p and d a r n i t and oh s h o o t. I would say these won't offend anyone.

I curse constantly, i've even been arrested twice for telling cops to go F$@k themselves. I appealled the arrests on the grounds that swearing was a natural part of my vocabulary and i used the words undiscriminately and constantly, and got away with it.
People should just shut the F@£k up and let you be who you are, relax more and be more comfortable with your problem and it will be less frustrating for you.
Be happy with yourself and F£@%k everyone else

certain. I curse when I get mad, and oftentimes frequently communique. definitely I discovered fairly strong cursing from my mom. She should be in the kitchen cooking or something, drop a spoon or a pan, and stand over it and cuss it out like it had ears! Oh the flaws she ought to assert, can make a sailor blush!!!

I try not to curse. But if I'm angry,a few exclamatory words do come out of my mouth on occasion. But in your situation, you can't help it. People should be more understanding and tolerant.
