I've asked my neighbor several times to lower his music, & the more I ask him politely, the more he has it loud. & my roommate will come charging @ me with knives if I ask her to turn her TV down-I live in a shared apartment. She blasts her TV.

They're doing this on purpose, just to test me, & I called the police on them, & the police said they have every right to have their stuff as LOUD as they want because it's theirs.

NO fair! I deserve @ least 1 second in my home, where I pay rent at, to peace & quiet. & when I complain to my landlord, she thinks I'm lying on them, trying to sabotage them to get put out, which is NOT true.

Music & TV BLASTING ALL night. I couldn't get ANY sleep. & I have a psychiatric day treatment program to go to, & py practitioner wants me to be on time, but it's now 7:12 AM, & I haven't gotten any sleep. This is very unhealthy for my body & my mind.

You can move and she won't be able to get you for breach of contract because you've complained about the insufficient living conditions and she won't solve the problem...you have the right to leave with no further obligation to her.

placed on ear plugs. i do no longer sleep nicely at evening the two yet up a 7AM on a daily basis besides. i might play louder song to drown him out in elementary terms for the exciting of it. i'm sorry noise bothers you. some people it does no longer mean lots. My brother had to flow. i do no longer care how loud the associates are as loud don't worry me. i'm no longer deaf merely desire to be attentive to i'm alive. In a pleasing international they might make quiet neighborhoods and loud ones, however the international is a lot from appropriate. try the ear plugs. Complaining won't accomplish lots and he might flow out sometime. i'm bowled over that he's up that early.

Well I am not sure where you live however I know where I live there is specific times you can and can't have your music or whatever to loud. I would once again talk to your local police about this. The problem with this however is it may tend to upset your roommate and neighbor to the point where they will make it worse on you. I would also say you need to see if there is anyway to find somewhere or someone else to live with if this is possible.

Invite your landlady to your house sometime when these two are at it, if you can. Let her hear for herself.

If the police won't do anything... I'm not too sure what else you can do. Shut all the doors and windows, put on your air conditioner, curl up in bed with the covers over your head. Still doesn't work? Buy a pair of earmuffs, or stick some cotton into your ear.

If that *still* doesn't work, you can't do anything other than live with it or shift.

Talk to your roommate and neighbor again, be an adult. If that doesn't work, find a new apartment, with a new roommate.

Or, you could be a child about it and when these people are sleeping you could bang pots and pans and have your tv on full blast and rock out to your favorite music (singing really loud will probably help).

good luck.

Yes, it's totally too darn early. My neighbors to the right will blast spanish music, the type you hear at the park; at 6:30 am so they can have sex real quick. Perverts.

Either is 7 AM or 7 PM, nobody should annoy somebody else on purpose.

Don't you think it's better for you to move somewhere else? If you can't do anything about the environment, the only thing you can do is to get into a new environment.

I agree. You have every right to have some peace and quiet... it may take you moving away to a better place in order for that to happen if everyone are going to be as$es. Have you told your room mate that it needs to be toned down late at night/early morning? She should respect that. If not, that only means REVENGE. Revenge can be fun...

yes it is and i can't believe the police won't do anything about it. I would deffinetly find another place to live. And stop being nice. If you vidio tape your room mate coming at you with a knife that is assult with a deadly weapon and she has to go to jail. The police have to do something. about that. As for one of my neighbors I intend to dump my rabbit doo on his property line. And he doesn't move the fence he put on my property then his dogs will have fun in the rabbit doo.

Call the landlord, while the music is loud int he background. Tell her that she either does something about it or you want out of your lease...better yet, video tape them, with timestamps, of the loud tv and muisc all night!
