the pregnancy test checks for pregnancy hormone HCG. Infections do not alter this hormone. I think you should believe the test and your symptoms.
i have just got out of hospital after having an ectopic pregnancy at 12 weeks. my doctor kept telling me i wasn't pregnant as i was bleeding alot. i had to fake bleeding for an 8th day to be sent for a scan, where it was revelled i was ectopic, i was hours from death....
so...doctors do not always know best. I'd go to see the doc that said you were pregnant, ask for a blood test.

in case you took the most suitable prenancy try 11/2 week in the past, attempt to be pregnant, it ought to were too early. Take yet another, in case you nonetheless do not experience nicely I advise going to the well being care service. a similar occurred to me some months in the past. I took a neg preg try, then waited a week and took yet another and it replaced into nonetheless neg. So i'm questioning something is heavily incorrect! I went to a specialist, even had an top GI executed. in person-friendly words to verify a month later that i replaced into fairly 8 weeks pregnant!

i would make an appointment to see the midwife at your local gp as you should be getting scans etc done. Tell him or her about the doctor and put in a complaint about him because even if you weren't pregnant which i think u are he should have sent you to a gynacologist to find out why you were swollen etc.

I had a doctor tell me I wasn't pregnant when I was. Did they do the blood test? If not, request the blood test, and also get an ultrasound.

Go to the doctor and make sure you get a blood test this time instead of a urine test. Sometimes urine tests provide a false positive.

If you are not pregnant, there is a reason why your HCG levels are so high. You need to see an OB/GYN to be tested and they should at the very least perform a sonogram!

Where are you seeing a doctor? It's strange. Pregnancy kits are 99%. Did you have a scan? I think the scan would be accurate.
