People don't think about Islam. the moment they really think they would convert to Islam.

I am not a Muslim but I know that Islam is actually a religion of peace. The problem is, many Muslims have not understood Islam well. This results in, the world looking at Muslims as hijackers, kidnappers bombers and terrorists. The mistakes of a group of ignorant people have depicted a whole community as 'violent'. Little knowledge can be too dangerous.

Not being particularly religious, I have to rely on information and feedback generally available through the media.
As I am being constantly advised that the majority of terrorist activity is being carried out by Islamic fundametalists, and that their manner of dress offers limitless opportunities for the concealment of weapons and explosive devices, I have to accept that a valid threat is available at all times.
To this end I try not to think about it at all.

What are you getting to? Why should you bother what people think of Islam if your intention is just for mockery.
What is more important is What do you think of yourself? Are you a good person if you want to ridicule other religion?

I dont mind islam as a whole and I like a few muslims its just a shame they have to be such a total bunch of jew-haters. (well say 90% of them anyway), as this shows ignorance, intolerance and signs of brain washing.
they make demands and protest for others to respect and honour them (complainign about those cartoons) whilst many of them (but not all) have no respect or honour at all for other religions.
I simply cannot understand this hypocricy, and not one I have ever asked has given me a decent explanation.
so no, i dont like many of them, but 1 or 2

It is a wonderful religion that is often misunderstood. Some of the answers above mine prove that. Islam teaches peace, love and compassion, when it is practiced properly. Unfortunately there are fanatics and an extremely biased media that make Islam look terrible. My husband is Muslim and I live with him in his country. I am treated well, respected, loved and happy.

Completely devoid of compassion, sympathy or respect.
Morally-bankrupt monsters, killing and destroying everything in their path.
Life has no meaning regardless of its form.
Society, art and education are meaningless.
They choose to live like animals of the lowest form clinging to hate and death as their only scale of self-worth.
Their future mirrors their past, They were savage beasts 1500 years ago and the future is the same.
They seek to bring all things to their level instead of climbing out of prehistoric anarchy.
They are the epitome of self loathing, Too lazy and to stupid raise the bar just one more notch.
They hate themselves so much that their own death is the only thing they look forward to bring them happiness.
They create nothing, They better nothing, They add to nothing but despair.
They are the lowest form of life on earth.
They are muslims.
This is Islam.

I think that all religions are as bad as each other. This world would be a much better place if we didn't have any religion. Religious people who really believe in whatever their holy book say can be very dangerous indeed.

"Bertie D" Is right.. Most people thinks so, while this is not right. They are victims of Media.. Victims of Tyrant regimes.. What makes a muslim gives his ears to a radicalist unless he can't find his food and can't feed his family? Tyrant Muslim regimes are responsible.. When you can't feed your child and watch him dying infront of you for the lack of food and medicine, the only thing remained to you is to kill yourself...
While killing yourself, you are full of vengeance of those whom you think were the reason.. as your leaders taught you.. THE WEST. This is also not true.. If you took a considerate look, you'll find that terrorists are killing Muslims as well...
The real terrorists are all tyrant kings and presidents who deprived their people from a good living.. The problem that; the West is really fed up with terrorism while it protects those tyrants.
