Better to be an older man's sweetheart than a younger man's slave...at 38 with no ex and no kids, means no baggage, and he's probably spent his time on education and career, so he's intelligent and well-established. Balding and looks older should not be a problem as the 24 yr old will age eventually too. Beauty fades...however compatiblity with an intelligent, career-minded man is a life long asset

I think it all depends on compatibility. Since both the man and the woman are adults, they should be able to discern between a genuine relationship and a superficial one, at least I would hope so. :)

24 and 38 is nothing in this world anymore to be dating, married or anything
Age is just a number anyway...
younger / older couples are getting more and more common..
no biggie, if she likes him and he likes her..it's their business
it just may happen to you one day...
everyone is different in everyway you can think of and more and have different tastes dont they?

age doesnt matter but make sure dating an older guy is a heck complicated. be ready for the future conflict between you and the guy.
