depends how much you like them. Thats kind of a long period to have gone but this person might have other issues to deal with at the time. Id give it one more shot and if they pull something like that again forget it.

Why not ask why it took them so long?
However, if that were me that took 3 months, I would be expecting a brush off.

Probably. He might have got cold feet. He could have thought that if you said yes, it was too good to be true, or he could have been low in the pockets. You could ask him why and if his answer is plausible and you believe him you could move from there.

I wouldn't necessarily brush him off. There could have been extenuating circumstances that caused a delay in him getting back to you. :)

No they might have been really worried about wether you were being serious or not, i would go on the date it won't kill you and if it doesn't work out you dont have to have a 2nd date.
