both are grammatically correct...maybe the second is more commonly used...the first sounds a bit more formal

Both are grammatically correct, but usually people say "Sorry I disturbed you" "Sorry to have disturbed you" is more formal and rarely used nowadays.

both are correct but "sorry I disturbed you" sounds better

In the UK the first one would be regarded as grammatically correct and certainly it is the way I speak.

That does not mean that the other one is incorrect.
