im pissed off at my b/f atm cuz we're going thru a possible pregnacy and a possible miscarriage and im in need of his support. so we're talking online tonight and he wants to get offline to get some sleep for work at 5. and this is the worst time for him to leave me cuz im freakin out and we're discussing this, and i was telling him that he shouldnt go to bed right now. he decides to just say goodnight away. im trying to reason w/ him and after a lil bit of whining that he was tired, he just signed off and went to bed anyway. do i have a right to be mad or am i in the wrong?? also, i told him he was being selfish so i was gonna give him the week to be selfish and that i didnt want to hear from him. too harsh or did he have it comin'?

You would never know how tired he is tonight and he'll never know how needy you are tonight. No matter how much you try to communicate, the other person will never understand things fully. Eg. The doctor won't know how much the symtoms hurt until he himself gets the disease and experiences it.
I suggest you talk about this with him some other time, my dear. I feel for you, but patience pays.

I don't believe in rights.
But reading that, it occurred to me that you're being pretty selfish too.
