More time than is necessary. Like for instance, I have a 22 page appellate brief due next Monday, and with the research and writing it takes forever. Yet, here I am, clicking over to Y! Answers every twenty minutes to check for intriguing questions and reading compelling answers. It definitely doesn't help with my progress on the brief. I would guess I spend a few hours a day on here, on average. It ranges from 1 hr (when I am not on the computer much that day) to like 5 or 6 hrs (when I am just lounging around the house doing nothing).

When I'm on the verge of a mental crisis and am in need of answers, but right before I realize it's lame and not come back for like 6 months (like real church).

I spend a couple of hours in the morning on yahoo. I like it pretty well,but I have other things to do with my days, also.

An hour. I used to spend much more but then I realized how stupid people were being and I got tired of asking the same rhetorical questions over and over.

Not long at all.
And it's not really a church, just the finest collection of garbage talking pre-teens trying to convince their pre-teen friends that they've got laid, and can offer advice on the subject.
A church implies, at least to me, that there is at least some wisdom to be found.
