Question for the men?

Do you think, generally speaking, that having a serious, monogamous relationship with a woman is usually beneficial or detrimental if the man is extremely ambitious and has his sights set on his goals? Let's assume the women is neither discouraging nor particularly encouraging towards them

Seems like that all depends on whether being in a committed, serious, monogomous relationship is one of his goals or not.
