my girlfriend went away to new york for 5 days, i was afraid of her cheating on me. I believed her that she didnt do anything but i had her myspace password and when i checked it, i saw messages between her and this guy she saw while she was visiting and it suggested that they did stuff. Shes known him for years and the message was pretty clear about what happened. She swears on her life that the message was fake and she did it because she assumed that i was looking at her myspace... so now i dont know if i should believe her or not. What do you guys think? Shes sworn on everything and i brought up the idea of a lie detector test (not serious but she thinks i am) and she was more then willing to consent and is standing her ground....

Look, if you are willing to put her through that, just dump her right now... we all do things we don't want to tell our signifigant other about.... if she loves you, she'll stay with you... do you really want to let her know about all the times you let her down?

coming from a girl who`s done her share of doing guys dirty, "she`s a liar" not only does her story sound really fake but it doesn`t really add up.. you should ask yourself why would she even play around like that..i find relationships really serious & sacred now & believe "playing around" of any sort shouldn't be tolerated at all..your obviously serious about her, where as she just wants to play "games" dump her, move on, & live you life with or without a girl..you don't need someone like that anyways.gluck

in a relationship most number 1 thing you must have is TRUST.
if you dont trust your partner it wont work. so, better talk things out and clear all the misunderstandings. if you truly love each other just hold on and accept the truth. forget about the pass and start a new one. simple argument means alot sit with her and ask her to tell you the honest truth vise versa just to solve this problem.

She's cheating on you...the signs are there but she wants you to believ that she's not. Trust your instinct...maybe she did do stuff with that other guy. Just break up with her...if she cant stay true to you now then whats the use in being in a relationship with her.

honestly...i think she is guilty..ask urself..why would she make it up on myspace cuz she knew u would check it? why would she even want u for a second to worry? and how did she do it anyway?did she asked that guy to send her those messages cuz of u?get her to the maury show they have tests like that, hehe just kidding, nah seriously i think there is something fishy

Why would she tease you by putting fake stuff on her My Space site?
Why are you so insecure in your relationship that you feared she could "cheat" on you? Sounds like you don't know her very well. Or maybe you do know her well.
