Usually u can get it from dealers in ur cities. Alternatively, there are exhibitions conducted periodically and dealers from various parts arrive and exhibit / sell their collections with respective titles. U can have it from them. (provided u should have some knowledge else u will be found cheated)
Apart from that some stationary / book shops sells the collectors pack.
