I would elevate my feet and try not to walk around for awhile. If it is severe I would stay off my feet for a couple days!

Keep them up above your heart. Always have them elevated for a few days. Get others to help you so that you can stay off of them. Use hot/cold therapy, wear TED socks for 3-4 days even if the swelling goes down. TED socks are support socks, usually white, that you can get at the drug store. I have tons of them. Ask your doctor for some lasix for those times that you get fluid/swelling in your feet. You'll have to pea alot but it helps. Ibuprofen if you can to bring swelling down. Tylenol doesn't bring swelling down.

In addition to what the other poster said I would also recommend having this evaluated by a dr.
