Most wine and spirits stores can order the keg for you. Some distributors will actually sell you a keg directly.

If you are looking for a mainstream beer, almost any package store will order one for you if they don't already have it. They may be limited to what brands their distributor sells. Larger stores will have more selection in stock. Guinness and some other beers require a different keg connection (and Guinness needs a special gas blend). If you want a local microbrew, your best bet for availability and price is to call them directly.
