GUYS / GRILS PLZ ANS I need ur opinion.
so this girl i work with. Seemed really intersted in me, gave me her number. I really liked her. So I call her try to ask her out, but didn't work
I try to ask her out again after couple of weeks, and she said she's busy.
But now she's acting weird, her attitude and smile is changed. I don't know what to do? (She only wants to talk about work related things, nothing personal)
PLEZ help!

I want to believe that she had just changed her mind for some reason perhaps.Better yet,talk to her and do some probing.How would you know if you wont ask her.Remember communication is a very important tool in achieving/getting correct information from a certain person.Avoid speculations.Yet,you need to be very respectful when you approach her.Maybe you can start asking questions related to your work,then you can later swing it to another topic .All ladies want to be pampered..so maybe you can tell her something like,"hey,i forgot to tell you that i have a complimentary ticket to a concert or a movie or play."Stuff like these could soften any woman's heart.Or anything that could somehow make her heart melt will do.Okay? Whatever her thoughts about you would be seen through these gestures.And if she really lost interest in you,she would surely let you know about it,for she already knows your sincere motives in pursuing a relationship with her.

Relationships within the work place is not a gud idea as it creates problems...she feels scared that if the relationship doesn't work out it will cause additional stress on her..

Yep she has lost interest I'm afraid. Just lay back and definately don't chase her. Act like she is just one of your friends and who knows maybe she'll become interested again when she feels ready.

She's not interested kiddo. Sorry. Maybe she is not interested in a boyfriend...if she didn't like you at all she wouldn't talk to you, so keep it cool. Maybe it will happen later.

she probably just wanted a friend & since you showed interest in her relationship wise she`s kind of holding back..don't pay attention to her..that should get her to start noticing you

may be that girl have some family problem or having another guy in her life so forget her and foot ahead in ur life.
