Add calcium to your diet. I don't know why but it is great for weight loss. Either vitamins or milk, yogurt(not low fat yogurt), broccoli, etc. It helped me lose weight more quickly. Although you may still have it under the arms. I think that is gravity. I had to do push-ups to get rid of that after I lost weight.

U can't reduce any fat without any exercise . The fat at waist line ,thighs & underarms r also very diffiult to get loosenup & more so after age of 40 yrs. So u need to exercise regularly to burn calories is the only way in long term. If u have high positive energy start walking briskly for 45 min daily for coming in shape.U need not do fasting.

Don't diet. Rather than trying the latest fad diet or skipping meals, just reduce the total amount of calories you consume daily. Multiply your weight by 11. The figure you get is the approximate number of calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight. If you reduce that amount by just a couple of hundred calories a day, it will create a deficit between the calories you take in and the calories you expend.

Cut fat. A gram of fat has nine calories, a gram of carbohydrate or protein has only four. You'll have an easier time reducing calories if you reduce your total fat intake. You should never get more than 30% of your daily calories from fat. When you're trying to lose fat, you should probably hold the fat calories to 20% of the total.

Walking, cycling, and using a stepper are all ways to get your aerobic exercise done and give your leg muscles a great workout. Good luck!

Leave sugary stuff, fatty and fried foods and junk foods. It will b hard in the start, but keep going on and u'll get gud result and 1ce u get used to it, it'll be fine.

Now, gradually decrease the calories from ur daily meals. Ur minimum cals should b 400-500 per day. Don't reduce too much to prevent complications.

Eat a muffin, fruit or a sandwich with a glass of milk, coffee, tea or juice as per will in ur breakfast.

4 lunch, have a bowl of soup (any) with a bread roll or french bread.

Try 2 keep dinner light, piece of boiled chicken or just a glass of milk.

If u get hungry, eat salads with loads of green veggis in them. They r low-cal and healthy. Otherwise u can eat sum fruit!

And exercise is compusory! Strat with light exercise and then increase the rate and type gradually.

I recommened u not to go on a very low-cal diet straight away or do heavy exercise. Grdually will help u and u'll b comfortable! Gud Luck!

I understand how you might be positive energy, but no energy at exercising will help you lose weight then if you just do it. Just do it, even if it is at home doing those cheesy things on TV. The adage really had been proven, it is politically correct to exercise now to get rid of inches and weight.

I had my first when I was in High School, I barely felt a thing, but my second was painful.....I had to exercise to rebuild my muscles afterwards. I tend to gain weight in those areas, but walking and being active makes the weight stay off.

If walking is not an exercise in your list of exercise, you can do to reduce fat all over the body. Running can affect the thighs and waist and shoulders.

Losing fat, you have to eat less fat, and include more veggies in your diet and season your food more, you won't need as much fat in the food in order for it to taste good, if you use many spices to give it flavor, the more veggies you eat without fat, or just a little fat, the more you get full, without eating what you normally eat.. Try making sauces with yogurt instead of cream, and try eating healthy snacks, like carrots in a yogurt dip (with dill, some salt, lemon, and garlic).
If you don't want to do any excercise, then the whole process will take longer, and you might get discouraged.. good luck

I f you are an Indian, your BEST SOLUTION WOULD BE TO EAT ORDINARY SOUTH INDIAN FOOD; and if you eat rice, DO NOT EAT POLISHED WHITE RICE, instead, PREPARE RICE FOOD USING THE UNPOLISHED RED RICE. Drink very highly diluted Buttermilk as much as possible. Stop animal fat/ animal food altogether, but you may use some small quantity of butter. Use sesame oil for any oil based food. THERE IS NO NEED TO DO FASTING or exercises, AS LONG AS YOU DO SUFFICIENT HOUSEHOLD CHORES to keep yourself busy and trim. If you have questions on the exact types of food, I suggest you either contact an average South Indian friend, or you may e-mail this writer.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
