Okay, I just answered this question for someone else.

Here's my answer:

Okay, what you need to do to see results in how your clothes fit you is simply this. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so no matter what the scale says, the only thing you need to do is build muscle. It will burn fat..which in result, makes you a lot healthier.

What I did was cut meat out of my diet & lifestyle. Vegetarian foods are loaded with proteins, low calories, low fat and low carbs. But if you can not do that, limit what you put inside your body and work out atleast 30minutes, ONE hour before you eat breakfast. This will rev up your metabolism and help burn that unwanted fat...making muscle... because you do not want to lose all of that weight and have a ton of loose skin. I personally think that's a little ugly. ;) I found THE BEAN and some risistance bands (both you can get from Wal-Mart totally about $70 USD with Tax) are the best for toning up the muscle and some cardio will help boosting your heartrate.

Make a food journal... Write down what you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. =) ALWAYS read the labels of food you consume. Limit fast food. Drink atleast 8 cups of water a day.. It helps flush your system of toxins...and stuff.

It is proven that people who eat smaller meals a lot through the day, burn fat and calories. Here is what you need to do...

After you work out, wait one hour and then eat a low calorie breakfast (that is less that 250 calories).

2 hours later, have a low calorie snack with water.

2 hours later, have lunch. It needs to be 300 calories or less... and make sure you don't have a lot of sugars..so stick to fruits, vegetables and whole wheat. ;)

2 hours later, have another snack... again, let it be under 100 calories.

2 hours later, have dinner. It needs to be under 450 calories.

With this, you will lose weight and look and feel great. It works for me and I am confident it will work for you. Good luck on your journey to a newer and healthier you. <3

Gradually decrease the calories from ur daily meals. Ur minimum cals should b 400-500 per day. Don't reduce too much to prevent complications.

Eat a muffin, fruit or a sandwich with a glass of milk, coffee, tea or juice as per will in ur breakfast.

4 lunch, have a bowl of soup (any) with a bread roll or french bread.

Try 2 keep dinner light, piece of boiled chicken or just a glass of milk.

If u get hungry, eat salads with loads of green veggis in them. They r low-cal and healthy. Otherwise u can eat sum fruit!

And exercise is compusory! Start with light exercise and then increase the rate and type gradually.

I recommened u not to go on a very low-cal diet straight away or do heavy exercise. Grdually will help u and u'll b comfortable! Gud Luck!

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

You need to adjust your diet to whats best for you. don't go into the fad diets becuase once ur done with them ur just going to go back to your old ways. The best thing to do is adjust to ur comfor level. Be somewhat label conscious and try to avoid food that contain trans fats (really bad for you) and lots of sodium ( Like can foods). The best thing to do is make ur food at home instead of buying them at resturants and fast food places becuase it will cut the fat down to half. Also keep track at what ur eating (it helps you eat less), you can use this website as a guide (http://www.mypyramid.gov/)

Cut back on fats. Portion control is where it's at. Check out serving size on labels. Eat less and get more exercise. The key is to expel more calories than you consume.

Just eat healthily. Fruit and vegetables, grilled meat and fish, try cutting out bread and eating crispbread, ryvita etc instead. Replace puddings with fruit or low fat yoghurt. Drink plenty of water. Also if you combine it with regular exercise, the weight will drop off you.

Just eat Oatmeal and Boneless Baked Chicken and drink Water for 1 month, and jog at least 1-2 miles a day.

It's going to suck, but if you want to lose it.. Commit to it!
