There is nothing wrong with pan frying them. The only thing to ensure is that they are cooked all the way through, white all the way, no pink. You could add onions, mushrooms, peppers. You could serve with rice or couscous or boiled potatoes. Applesauce always goes nicely with pork. Good luck.

Depends what you want to do with them, and how adventurous you're feeling. I certainly wouldn't shallow fry them!
If you want something sophisticated but quick and easy, I'd shove them in a sealable freezer bag, with some red wine, fresh bashed garlic and sage, seal the bag, and leave to marinade whilst you get on with the rest of the preparations. Slice up some button mushrooms, and fry in garlic oil and black pepper. Add a tin of tomatoes, and some Italian herbs - oregano, sage, rosemary - a mixture of aromatics. Then, I'd add a good glug of wine to the sauce. Leave to one side. Take your pork steaks, and lay (with all the juices) in the bottom of a casserole. Add your tomato and mushroom sauce on top. Cover, and put in a pre-heated oven until cooked - about 40 minutes, at a rough guess. Serve with sauteed potatoes, and some green vegetables.
If you want something very quick and easy, cut up the pork into strips, and stir fry with a pre-packaged pack from the supermarket, and a sauce. If you're doing sweet and sour, add extra pineapple (from a tin!). Use an interesting vegetable pack, with bean sprouts, pak choi, peppers for colour - that sort of thing. That shouldn't take you more than about 10 minutes, from start to finish, especially if you use those noodles you add to the stir fry.
Best of luck with your cooking - enjoy it, and I hope your other half does, too!

I presume you are cooking pork steaks herbal tea. First of all you have to get the herbal tea prepared and ready. Well, you may get a table spoonful of garlic and ginger stir fry in cooking oil till light brown, then put in the pork steak stir fry a minute or two, add 4 or 5 table spoonful of cooking wine, stir fry for another minute or two, then add boiled hot water (= to a third the amount of pork), put on the cover to the wok or pot and let it simmer till it is about cooked or 90% cooked. Then pour all the herbal tea in and turn to boil and then simmer till the pork is at the right state of tenderness and serve after necessary seasoning.

shallow frying OK but better to grill if they are fatty. Have sauerkraut with them. A bit different but very tasty with pork. Comes in cans or jars--- rinse off with hot water as can be a bit salty then heat in pan while the chops are grilling. Also grill some red capsicum or tomatoes for colour and cook some green vegetables--- peas would be go. Enjoy

you do not practice dinner tea, you steep tea leaves or tea bags. Fill a microwavable mug or cup with water and microwave for 3 minutes. The water should be very warm. Drop your tea bag into the nice and cozy water and get rid of once you've executed the favor means.

Unless they are very thick I wouldn't cook them for that long. Just put a little bit of oil in a frying pan and cook them for about 4 mins each side. if they aren't cooked through let them go for a couple of mins more. Mashed potatoes is good with them and maybe some peas. Make some instant gravy and pour a little over everything...yumm.

Season them well and grill them.
When they are almost cooked, place slices of apple on the top. Brush or pour a little melted butter on the apples, season with course sea salt and coarsely ground black pepper then grill under a low to medium grill until the apple has browned nicely.

If you don't want to fry them you can grill them for about the same amount of time.
Cous Cous and Salad, Roast Pots and Boiled Veg or Chips and Beans... Whatever you usually do as a side dish
