this is NOT the place to ask for advice in this area, you need to seek out a professional in autistic and family health care
and do not come back here to take advise on issues like this.

its always going to be difficult when you have one child who has needs greater than the others, i guess the only way here, is, when you do have time, make it extra special with your other children, this doesnt have to be the huge task it sounds, the one thing a child needs and appreciates more than anything, is a listening ear. Once they realize, that despite their brother/sister having some extra needs, it doesnt encroach on their relationship with you they will settle into a pattern, security is what they need and this is how you give it to them, you also, in the midst of all this have to make time for you too, even if its half an hour, peace & quiet to soak in a bath, you need time out too, being a mother is the most difficult, demanding, and yet rewarding job there is, but it doesnt come with a manual, experience, trial and error, and triumph are all we have!! The very best of luck to you

Give each child the same amount of quality time and spend a little more specific training/education time with your autistic child. Also try to make a game out of things where everbody can participate etc.
