It is risky to kiss an aids patient bcoz his/her saliva or mouth may contain the virus and can be transferred to the other person. Especially if he/she has any kind of injury. The injury or cut may be so small that it can't be seen with naked eye. There r about 65% chances to get infected. I'd recommend not to kiss a person who is aids affected.

NO! you cannot spread aids through kissing. where were you and the rest of the general population during 8th grade health class?
