i am 14 years old 5'4 135 puonds i cant take it no more i need to lose 30 pounds and fast befor me and my school goes to a water park and every one sees me in a bathing suit

Well, for your height that's not that bad. I'm 5'3" and weigh 120 pounds. I don't know if it makes a difference how old you are or not. If you need to lose weight don't lose a drastic amount or anything. For just a couple of pounds judt don't eat as much junk food, drink water, and eat the proper amounts of servings for healthy food. And exersize 3-4 times a week. Good luck!

Hi, You are still young. I can understand the pressure of trying to look your best. You need to do this for yourself. At your height you really aren't that overweight and I don't think 30 pds is where you want to go. I would suggest healthier eating and a little more excercise. You don't have to do anything drastic, cut back on fast food and things like bread and pasta, cut down your portion size, if you start using a smaller plate to eat your meals you get smaller portions. Your stomach will shrink over time and you will start to feel fuller on smaller portions. Now that the weather is getting warm try walking around your neighborhood after school. Pick a route and follow it 3-4 times a week (or more) try to keep the pace a little brisk. Take the dog with you as they are always up for a walk. Good luck!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

at fourteen you shouldn't be worried about dieting, and I hate to say it but at 135 the most you need to lose would be about 10lbs. Try following the glycemic index. it is completely safe as it is set up for people with diabetes and it works great.

eat fruit!!! run for 1 full hr w/ ur favorite kind of music in ur ears,
but do not eat mango,its fat,plus dont eat oily food
