Maybe garlic - if you eat enough of it, no one will come close enough... :-)
Now seriously - I've never heard of such a thing. You can see the page below that claims to list herbs that help prevent pregnancy.

I never learned about any herbs, but some African women swear by a kind of 'yam' that grows in mid - East Africa to prevent pregnancy...
