bloody mary
1/2 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 drops Tabasco® sauce
1 lime wedge
*At my bar alot of people ask me to add a dash of dry sherry so you may want to try that!*
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.
Screaming Orgasm
1 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
Pour first vodka, then Bailey's, then Kahlua into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Stir.
**WARNING: use only high quality vodka. Cheap vodka can cause the Bailey's to curdle. Test your brand of vodka by mixing 1 Tsp each of vodka and Bailey's first**
Screw Driver
2 oz vodka
5 oz orange juice
Put 3 ice cubes into a highball glass. Pour in vodka. Fill balance of glass with orange juice, stir, and serve.

I like my bloody mary's hot. This is my favorite.
High ball glass packed full of ice
2 oz Absolut Peppar
V8 Picante
celery salt
Black Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco
In a shaker combine ingredients with just a few ice cubes shake well and strain into highball glass. Garnish with celery stalk and lime wedge
