What's the fastest way to get buns and strong thick thighs like Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez?
Which work out is the best one,and what kinda food do I stick to?
I hate fast food,so that won't be no problem!
I've got a naturally slim figure and don't really need to loose no wight,so my work out has to be completely focused on thighs,legs,stomach and buns.

Do LOTS of cardio and focus on lunges, squats, and crunches.
Crunches can be done in assorted variety - obliques, abs, and lower abs.
Lunges is where the buns, calves, and hamstring areas focus on.
Squats tighten the buns and hamstrings areas, too.

This should get you where you want to be.

Pilates can help you. I want the same thing, I'm slender, don't need to lose weight just tone those areas. I also walk up and down stairs at work during my lunch break. I can really feel the burn.
