you are drinking too much water.
unless you live somewhere extreme like a desert, I suggest you cut down to 1.5 litres per day.
now, the throat can be considered to be a "mucus membrane".
dryness of same can be treated with Vitamin A, but it's more important to approach it by attention to your diet.
protein, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, calories.
blah, blah .. and drinking too much water leaches salt out of your body. one of the symptoms of salt deficiency is a dry sensation in the throat.

Try drinking an extra couple of glasses a day because 8 glasses is really not that much, if your an active individual or if you live in a warmer climate and perspire, also if your on any diuretics, or drink coffee or tea your body may already be dehydrated.

it depends on your profession....do u have to speak continuously...sometimes if you talk for a long time you feel thirsty and your throat gets dry...also check if u got some throat infection...if yes then i suggest you to gargle with warm salt water 2 to 3 times a day preferably after food...this might help...if still unhappy then visit your doc...hope you will be fine

MOISTURIZE! and that i got here across a good thanks to eliminate dry epidermis and it makes your epidermis soooo tender; you get some table-spoons of sugar and upload some infant-oil to it and combine it at the same time, then follow it to anyplace you've dry epidermis and rub it in round motions, leave for 10 minutes and then rinse it off. the sugar exfoliates and the newborn-oil basically oftentimes softens your epidermis. it truly works so nicely! i guidance you attempt to it and do it a number of circumstances per week :)

It appears you are drinking cold water. If you drink normal water, this won't happen.
