We are sometime Wrong. We think Raw egg got more and more etc. But the fact is different. Understand ? Boil your egg, make it Half boiled or Full boiled or poutch. It is much better for our Health. Do one thing , Take one half boiled Egg and a Glass of Milk with Sugar or Honey. If you need, you can take Two times a day, Morning and late Afternoon. If it is ok for your belly , carry on or stop for someday then start again. Ok ?

Raw eggs are not healthy as they carry alot of bacteria that could make you ill. However if you cook it it is a good source of protein and is a healthy breakfast as it fills you up for long periods of time.

organic eggs, not more than 5 a week (cholesterol)
it is healthy since proteins fill you up
its even better if you pair it with some healthy carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal (i make mine with egg whites in it) and some fruit - they are gona give you energy you need in the morning
